We all have some form of an adversary or opponent. What that being said, each and every interaction will teach you something, either about yourself or about them. It is up to you to look at your perspective with that relationship and figure out what it is that you are supposed to learn. People are people and the way each person operates is based on their development. Understand that you are responsible for you and it is important to know that it is not your responsibility to change nor correct that person. Arguments / disagreements occur, when that person feels that you are trying to change them or push your ideals / values on them. That is not your job. Who is the measurer to say that you are correct. Build your personal muscle to be the best that you can be and allow them the chance to do the same. Elevate, evolve, grow, adapt and change!!!
